Ricky Rubio tore a ligament in his right knee in Friday night's game against the Lakers. Rubio, who was having a sensational rookie season, will miss the remainder of the season. Obviously, this is a huge loss for the Minnesota Timberwolves, who were poised to make a playoff push currently in the 9th spot in the Western Conference. Rubio was also recieving consideration for
Rookie Of The Year, challenging Kyrie Irving for the award. Rubio averaged 10.6 points and 8.2 assist in 41 games for the Timberwolves.
